The dashboard gives you a broad insight into how the Sales Assistant is performing:
| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Number of chats | Total amount of conversations your visitors have had in the period. |
| Converted chats | Amount of conversations that led to an order being placed. |
| Conversion rate | Percentage of conversations that leads to orders. |
| Total revenue | Revenue from orders placed by customers who had at least 1 conversation during their session. |
| Revenue pr. chat | Average revenue generated from each conversation. |
| Total revenue (direct impact) | Revenue from the exact products that were bought as a result of the Sales Assistant showing them to customers. |
